Dr. Siddharth Arora,
DO, MS

Dr. Siddharth Arora is a triple board-certified physician in Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine, and Pain Medicine – a rare combination that allows him to understand the full complexity of treatment-resistant conditions. He completed his psychiatry residency at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic, followed by an interventional pain medicine fellowship at Nova Southeastern University and a visiting fellowship in neuromodulation at Duke University, where he trained directly in TMS, ECT, and tDCS protocols.

With an M.S. in Human Anatomy from Wright State University and a D.O. in Medicine from Midwestern University, Dr. Arora brings deep scientific understanding to every treatment decision. He currently serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Orlando College of Osteopathic Medicine, teaching the next generation of physicians, and is an item writer for the Conjoint Pain Medicine board certification examination.

What truly sets Dr. Arora apart is his personal approach. He built this practice specifically for patients who have tried medication, tried therapy, and still are not better. Unlike larger practices where you may never meet the medical director, Dr. Arora personally oversees every TMS and ketamine treatment – from your initial consultation through your final session. This is where you come when standard treatment has failed.

Depression

From depression and anxiety to ADHD and addiction recovery, we offer personalized, evidence-based care tailored to your unique needs. If standard treatment has not worked, there may still be a path forward.

What Our Patients Say

How care works

From your first inquiry through treatment completion, here is exactly what to expect at our Fairfax clinic.

01

Tell us what is going on.

Your journey begins with a conversation. Whether you call us directly or fill out our online form, we take time to understand what you have been through – what treatments you have tried, what worked and what did not, and what you are hoping to achieve. There is no judgment here, only a genuine effort to understand your unique situation and determine if our approach is right for you.

02

Meet with our team.

You will sit down with a triple board-certified psychiatrist who specializes in treatment-resistant conditions. This is not a rushed 15-minute medication check. We spend real time reviewing your complete history – your symptoms, previous treatments, medical background, and what you want your life to look like. Together in person at our Fairfax office or via secure telehealth, we determine whether TMS or ketamine is appropriate for your specific situation.

03

Get evaluated.

Before beginning treatment, we complete a thorough clinical evaluation. This includes reviewing your medical history, conducting baseline PHQ-9 and GAD-7 assessments, verifying insurance coverage, and ruling out any contraindications. For ketamine, we assess cardiac risk and medication interactions. For TMS, we check for any metal implants or seizure history. This careful preparation ensures your treatment is both safe and optimized for your needs.

04

Begin your sessions.

Now the real work begins. For TMS, you will visit our Fairfax clinic daily Monday through Friday for 36 sessions – 30 acute treatments followed by 6 taper sessions to lock in your results. Each session lasts 20-40 minutes, or just 3-5 minutes with our theta burst protocol. For ketamine, you will receive a series of IV infusions in our private, comfortable suites. Unlike larger practices where you rarely see the medical director, every session is personally overseen by Dr. Arora, who adjusts your protocol based on how you respond.

05

Track your progress.

Healing is not linear, and we track it carefully. At every TMS session, we measure your PHQ-9 depression score and GAD-7 anxiety score to quantify your improvement. With ketamine, we check in before and after each infusion. If you are not responding as expected, we do not just continue blindly – we adjust. We also coordinate with your existing psychiatrist, therapist, or primary care provider to ensure everyone on your care team is aligned and informed.

06

Maintain your results.

Your last session is not goodbye. We develop a personalized maintenance plan to protect the gains you have made. For some patients, this means occasional TMS booster sessions. For others, it means follow-up ketamine infusions at carefully spaced intervals. We schedule check-ins, track your ongoing progress, and remain available if symptoms resurface. Our goal is not just to help you feel better temporarily – it is to help you stay better.
